Who are we?
C23 Investments is a club-based approach to property investing with a very close-knit team of affiliate companies that offer the services and skills required to build a successful investment property portfolio.
If you are looking to buy your first property, improve your rental capabilities, find a better interest rate, sell your property, or looking for a development to invest in.
We will review your property portfolio and current situation to be able to offer professional advice as to what are the next steps.
Mission
Our mission is to set up 23 people per year on an investment strategy that will reach a residual income that covers their everyday expenses to match their lifestyle within a 10-year period.
Vision
Our vision is that if people can understand what their true hard costs are for their lifestyle, they can then keep themselves accountable and fulfilled in that way of living. To not fall trap of basing their life’s fulfilments on materialistic items, and from this they are then able to live their life to the fullest and build for themselves life’s most valuable asset; time for themselves and their families.

Craig Pickering
Founder / Director
English born and raised, I moved to Australia when I was 25 as a professional tennis coach and soon transitioned into the property industry fulltime.
I developed a knack for property investment having bought my first apartment when I was 23, and subsequently two more not long after that. I now own multiple properties in Australia and other countries.
Having gained invaluable experience in a diverse range of property investments overseas and in Australia, but now choosing to specialise in South East Queensland.
My purpose in life is to…
